These apartments are fine if you have mature and respectful neighbors. If not, you're out of luck. They're beautiful, in a great location, have plenty of space, are very accommodating for families with and without pets, and have plenty of parking and security. However, they are not well manufactured in regards to sound insulation and sound travels through the walls quickly and thoroughly. I had serious noise problems with a neighbor frequently waking me up after midnight several times throughout the week. This problem could have been easily fixed were it not for the landlord's inadequacy to deal with the noisy tenants. I called multiple times over several months to complain about loud music and yelling that prevented me from being able to sleep, all of which occurred after the designated quiet hours clearly stated in the lease. Eventually, it came to light the noisy tenant was related to the landlord - a glaring and ridiculous conflict of interest. I was not able to terminate my lease early. Nine months later, I had to resort to calling local law enforcement. (They also were not successful in convincing these tenants to keep the noise down.) I would have signed a lease for another year were it not for this situation.
