My experience living at sandhurst has been fairly poor up to this point. Started out paying 665 in rent and over the past 2 leases that has increased to 765 which I was told the rent couldn’t exceed more than 3 percent of what you start out paying. They only seem spacious at first because they are empty but once you get your life started in one of these cookie cutter, shoe box apartments you don’t have room for anything. Half of the outlets don’t work and the screen doors don’t stay in the track. The neighbors will complain about every little thing you do even though you can’t always control how noisy your children are. Cant take younger children out to play because no one picks up their dog poop. Allowed to have pets but everyone complains about the dogs barking. Good place to be if you only intend on staying a year or so and if you have no kids or pets. Fairly easy to get an apartment here not a lot of hassle but not worth the trouble if you can help it. Definitely don’t suggest this place unless you have no other options...
