I have lived at these apartments for almost a year. They are very poorly managed and today the water was turned off. This is included in the rent payment. I contacted the manager, no help. He was unwilling to give me the information about the management company. I got the name from him with no phone number or name of whom I need to contact. Me being resourceful found the phone number. No one there was able to help me either. Apparently, the electric wasn't paid for the front office..the idiot is sitting in dark! All of the lights on the outside are all paid by the apartments. I know that they have been off 4 days. So how am I supposed to feel when the water is off! Is it going to take 4 days? The water company said that the management company contacted them to find out how much the bill was but no payment info. ;( I wouldn't recommend anyone move into this property.
