Lynco and Quail Hollow
Since I have moved here on September 12th, I have been very disappointed by the lack of caring either of you have shown in regards to doing your job.
When I moved in, several items had not been taken care of that should have been before anyone moved in. Some of which I don't care to relay to management so that they stay out of my apartment. One of which has been totally ignored. Which is my ability to watch tv. I have 3 cable outlets, 2 of which do not work. The one that does is in the dining room of where I have my computer, but where I do not want it. The other outlets are in the living room and one in the bedroom.
When I moved in here, the cable people, Cox, said that the outlets I have don't work, that apparently, the apartment complex cut them down below on the outside and he can't find the ends. I contacted the apartment manager and supposely she has a *contact* at Cox cable and would get it fixed for me. I guess the contact told her no. The next solution the apartment management came up with was using a splitter to run from my pc to my tv. Too late, I had already thought of that myself.
I decided to move my tv to the opposite wall, closer to the pc. And called Cox cable once again, to connect my tv to service and also for a DVR box.
Moving my tv to the opposite wall would require cable to run across 3 feet of open floor, at the hallway. Cox said it was against OSHA to run cable across the open floor like that and would not connect me. I ask them, leave the DVR and cable with me and I would hook it up myself, I was told they could not do that, that they could still get in trouble with OSHA and get fired for breaking the rules.
If your company will not allow Cox to come out and run a new cable thru the walls, my next option is to contact a lawyer and also contact Channel 2 News Works For You, I might then get tv service.
I worked a double shift today, November 13, 2008 and came home to another act of unprofessional conduct on the part of Quail Hollow. I have security cameras hooked up to my computer so I can monitor who comes into my apartment and what goes on.
Pest control comes in, leaves puddles of the pesticide all over my floor, which I had to mop up, all over food for my cat, which I had to throw out and in the process knocks pans off my stove onto the floor and laughs about it, I have all this on tape.
If my cat gets sick, not only will you be paying her medical bills, but you will have a lawsuit against you.
