Great place

Me and my partner along with our kid found this place thinking it was like every other. No! They helped us find a place in no time! Jacquelynn helped us get an apartment and a GREAT price and stuck with us all the way thru till we got the place and moved in just a week later! Great place and great help! Would recommend.

This place has had bad management and bad business practices as long as I have lived in Edmond, this time we were shown a normal two bed room then after getting the lease and getting to see the apartment they said was the same as the one we signed up for we noticed this one is handicap. Not too big of a deal, however the door whistles the hot water tank whistles the ac does not do a good job at heating or cooling any room you go into. And the very first time that I had my apartment complex worked on which was the fridge being broken on move in (lol) they came to fix it and left puddles in the floor larger than the pond outback and the maintenance man left a towel on the ground near it that would not have soaked up half of the water if we had five of them. The back door only recently started locking, so most have been paying for this extra "security" that seems to only work once in a blue moon and actually lock this door. You can find similar living without this place I promise. The only good… See More>

The apartments are nice, not gonna lie. 1 bedrooms are spacious for one person. However, the new management is unprofessional and will make your stay a NIGHTMARE. Previous management, for the 3 years I have been here, would make sure that the apartment was the "luxury community" 1201 claims to be. New management does not take care of landscape, does not regularly change air vents, does not regularly schedule bug spraying, does not empty out the dog waste bin even when they are overflowing, does not enforce policies such as letting dog feces take over the front and back lawns, letting residents smoke cigarettes, or following up with noise complaints. For half a year I have been dealing with noisy upstairs and next door neighbors, and incessant dog barking from all areas. Rent is very expensive and only increases every time you renew. So if you get a good rate when you sign up and plan to stay for more than a year, reconsider. For a one bedroom I am paying a grand a month. Management also tries to get every penny from you. Several neighbors and myself randomly received a fine because our plants on the patio were not… See More>

I am looking to move in here at 1201 and I must say at of all 10 apt complexs i visited they were by far the nicest office staff and the best looking apartments around. I cant wait to call this place home!!!

Me and my fiance had a horrible experience living here. Very noisy due to the wood floors, and management was a joke. Over priced for what they provide.

I love living here, and will most likely live here until I finish grad school. The walls are soundproof so you hardly hear neighbors or people walking upstairs, and they hardly hear you. The apartment complex itself is wonderful and makes me feel very safe. That being said you will notice flaws as time goes by. There are no stairs in the center of the complex - only at the exits. I live on the second floor and if I enter from the front of the building I have to either wait for the elevator or walk all the way to the back of the building for the stairs. If you live in the back on the first floor facing the parking lot you are enclosed by a short fence, which makes those on the ground floor feel safe and their patio is blocked off from the parking lot. However, you cannot access the sidewalk or the stairwell unless you go all the way around the fence, or through the fence-maze by the dumpsters. If your patio/balcony faces the pool, no matter what floor you are on you will hear screaming children all summer at all hours of the day.… See More>

My wife and I visit a resident quite often to check on them. We have been thinking about the potential of being even closer (renting). We ride our bikes over often. On our last visit, we encountered even more disadvantages to moving there. We had to lock our bikes to a tree stand, as there is no bike rack. We made sure it was the furthest away from the main doors. As we walked up to the door which is supposed to be locked at 6:00 pm, we noticed it to be wide open. (One of the main priorities for us is security in our residence) There were 4 or five people in the lobby and they looked like they had never been there before. We went to press the elevator button to go up and the elevators were broken (again). We took the stairs and called the resident to let us in from the side door because its always locked. Two of the people in the lobby followed us and said they had left their keys on the fourth floor and couldn't get in. Luckily we were headed to the 3rd floor. After checking on the resident we left… See More>

I'm fairly certain the other reviewer is a paid crony. I live here. This place is not great. Let me break it down for you. Ever since we moved these shady young people have been moving in. All I hear all day and night until midnight is footsteps and loud banging. They wake up the kids constantly. I've politely asked the manger to ask about it. Reponse? Sorry, can't do anything. Office staff is basically worthless, they sit in the office and text on their phones. Bad neighbors, incompetent staff. I'm leaving early and leaving rent on the table. Go ahead and lease, but remember this review when you start to hate it here.

I (along with other residents I have spoken with) had an awful moving experience. I just moved into 1201 in January and already can tell you I will not be renewing. They have issues left and right with "little" things and upon moving in my apartment was not only dirty but there were nuts and bolts all over the floor. Maintenance issues ALREADY aren't deal with in a timely manner and it is extremely frustrating. The elevator takes FOREVER to come to my floor in the morning and when I leave to take the trash out I am locked out of my side of the building (even our keys don't open it) so I have to walk around from the opposite side to the front door. My fob didn't work to let me into the building one night and I was locked out for 30 mins. Just little things that add up when you are expecting to move into a brand new apartment complex. There are not many reviews but I hope you look this place over closely before renting. Oh also those nice floors that entice everyone to rent, well they are all scratched up and according to management… See More>

Brand new and spacious. Appliances excellent. I feel very safe and value the Security System, The Staff are courteous, kind and helpful. I love living in beautiful North Edmond near to grocery store and pharmacy. The units are beautiful!
