This was a great community to live in! My husband was stationed at Ft. Sill for training for 7 months. The apartment we rented was furnished and included utilities in the rent. The furniture was in good condition and comfortable. Maintenance was a little slow but no worse than at any other apartment complex. When we moved in there was no hassle with signing documents or paying our deposit. There were no 'hidden fees.' When we moved out, we did have to clean the carpet ourselves, but the cost was reasonable ($75), and the process was simple. We didn't have any problems or extra fees upon moving out even though we had to break our lease because of hubby's pcs orders. The only less than stellar things about this apartment are that the walls are very thin, and the community is very near the bad part of town. The community itself is nice, well-lit, and well-kept. I would highly recommend it.
