This is my second year to be in Traditions West.
Parking is never a problem, even on game days. I would say to park your car in a location where you don't think it will get hit by a drunk. I lived in building J both years, and each year we had a drunk run through the fence and smash up someones poor car. Park away from corners....
Maintenance was always good about showing up very quickly when you reported a problem. I have found that the noise level varies by your apartment location, and your proximity to crappy neighbors. My first year we never heard a peep from above us, but the second year it was an endless battle with noise. I know someone mentioned it earlier, but if you are in a 2/1 or a 2/2, PRAY you don't get the "B" room. You will be right next to the stairs, and will hear EVERYTHING outside, from normal conversations, to fights at 3am.
Staff was hit and miss for me. I sent a noise complaint about our upstairs neighbor to the resident director, hoping they would send a warning to them. Nope. They wanted to set up a meeting between us to "sort out our differences". No thanks. I learned to live with the noise, or pounded on the ceiling if it got outrageous.
The price is a bit steep, but considering what all you get, it's not that bad.
All in all, I would reccommend Traditions. I have looked elsewhere, and couldn't find a better deal.
