Enjoyable place to live
Coventry Cove is a pretty decent place to live. My husband and I enjoy the neighborhood and its proximity to local stores, highways, etc. The neighborhood is very safe, with the security officer being a local OCPD. The complex is quiet for the most part- there are dogs that bark on occassion, but it's not a constant thing. Neighbors (at least in our building) are courteous and friendly. Maintenance is better than what you'll get at most apartments; the emergency stuff is always done timely (usually same day). Smaller stuff tends to take longer and you may have to remind management a few times to get it done, but I've experienced far worse in the realm of apartment maintenance. The pools are maintained very well and are by far the cleanest I've seen in an apartment complex. Of course, even with all the great stuff, there are a few drawbacks: The windows in the units are older and leak out air which results in a pretty high electric bill (summer for upstairs units). If you're a light sleeper, you may not like the train tracks right behind the place. I've had a hard time getting to see the manager because the office is only open M-F 8-5 and even then, the manager will leave early sometimes. Also wish our fellow dog owning neighbors would clean up after their pets more often. Overall though, it's a nice place to live and I think we'll stick around here until we buy a house or move from Oklahoma.Share This Review
