All I know is that I moved in four years ago this August 2007 and wish that I had never seen the place.I was just desperate because of another hell hole I was living in at the time that failed three inspections from HUD and I had to move, or lose my Section8. When I first saw Olde London Towne it was under Mckinley Management and I thought it was one of the most charming places I have ever seen and wanted to move in imediately. Then after only being here two years they sold it to Mcsha Properties. I just got this note on my door one day saying that it was now under new management by Mcsha properties. Well, things begin to go down hill really fast after that. I think I'm about the only original tenet left that was here when I moved in, everyone else that has had the money to move out, has did so.I have had one nightmarish experiance after another with leaks in my ceiling, leaks in my closet and food coming up in my sink from the pigs that did live above me and now I have a new bunch of pigs who live above me now who are just about as worse as the last bunch that were there before. Me being disabled and on SSI I don't have much money left after bills and rent and groceries to put back for more deposits and moving expenses for hiring movers to get out, but after this last episode with the leaking water heater upstairs over this weekend destroying my kitchen,I think I will try to put back a little extra untill I have enough to move on even if I have to skimp on groceries to do it. Anyone that knows a place that could help me for moving expenses is welcome to e-mail me at: [email protected]
