If you go to RSC and love shopping then its a good location because you can actually walk there. But the price is really high compare to other places in this area. I dont swim much so I wouldnt care about the pool, but my toilet and bathtub broke down and it took a whole month for them to fix it (the toilet is not fixed yet, just so you know). Also now they charge money for using water so the rent is actually raise $40 each month, while water is free for other apartments.
