The management people are rude. Initially they agree to return me my application fee before signing the lease document but once after signing the lease they said they are not going to return my application fee because I have signed the lease documents after 24hr's. But they did not mention me these conditions during filling out my application. Once you sign the lease documents, they know you can't move anywhere else the behavior of the management people is very rude after signing the lease documents. So, if you're looking at these apartments please before signing any documents with these apartments, please get any confirmation email or any documentation signed with them for the prices and the refund amount.
