It has been good so far. Management has been courtesy. The tenants have been courteous so far. No unreasonable nuisance yet. The property is well-maintained. I think management needs to address the location where the trash is housed. People simply do not obey managements directives for disposal. When I go to take my trash out, their is always garbage bags lying on the ground.
