We set a high standard for ourselves and our community so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us has not been 100% positive. Our gates are controlled access gates and should not be used as a safety or security feature. The gates are operational however when there is inclement weather or high winds we do manually hold them open. If you would like to discuss this further please call me at 405.546.5120.
