Tammaron Village Apartments

This apartment complex looks nice enough, is in a good area, and the rent is decent. The staff are nice enough as long as you don't bring them a problem they don't want to deal with. In my case it was noise: Someone in my building playing loud music or television in the middle of the night. First time over the winter I'd complain and would be told "Oh, no, it couldn't be them". I know what I hear and I can't sleep, so I kept complaining, so eventually they talked to the other resident- who then just changed the times they turned up the TV. Eventually, after months of complaints it stopped. Over a year of restful nights and I get another neighbor with a sub-woofer in their bedroom going until after midnight, and this time management didn't want to hear anything from me, it was just "Call security". So I did. Nearly every night for three weeks. Security isn't dealing with it, and either isn't writing reports or Management doesn't want to bother with the reports, so I go in to complain personally and still it's like they don't believe me. "Which apartment is the problem?" How am I supposed to know, the music is vibrating up through the walls and floor! You can't hear it from outside. My one guess made with what little info I have is met with "Oh, no, it couldn't be them, that's so-and-so". So they can't (or won't) do anything except put up a note on everyone's door. Moral of the story is if you have quiet neighbors I guess this place is great; if not, you're SOL.
