Ridiculous HOA like mandatory policies for things such as trash that come across as poorly implemented. Trash valet service ($25m) sometimes did not even pick up at stated times, poor service for a mandatory fee. Stopped taking packages at the office because of "the burden on the personnel", now I just receive at door (likely to be stolen) or set up separate delivery times. This was framed as "for my benefit", despite me having the capability to choose those other delivery options instead of the office. Now I have no choice. Did not ice the three stories of stairs which were subsequently covered in 1" of ice, but "graciously" provided de icing salt at the leasing office. For the amount of money I am paying for these services, it would sure be nice if it was doing me a service in any way. I had previously stayed at another steadfast apartment location, and none of these issues existed there. Unsure if it's a location or corporate problem.
