RUN RUN RUN Burglaries, drug busts and refusal to fix ANYTHING, instead the maintenance guys stand around the buildings and smoke all day. Only part of the laundry room washer or dryers work, good luck on figuring out which one works on what day! Don't wasteSee More >

STAY AWAY. This apartment complex it pending legal litigation due to mold. The place is full of mold and you will get sick. Several people have gotten sick (including myself). They put new stuff over the mold growing in the walls.

I moved to The Lift in late 2008 and am still living there. It is now Cowboy Town Apartments, complete with a management change. As The Lift, this apartment complex was OK. It wasn't great, but for the price and spacious living areas, it was tolerable. OnceSee More >

They have promised for 5 months to pay the deposit. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they promised them to return the deposit. However, they still have not returned any deposit and continue to make up excuses. I do not recommend anyone to moveSee More >

I lived at the lift for 6 months last fall and really enjoyed it. I couldn't really afford to live on my own though so I moved out. I never had any problems while living there and loved the remodeled one bedroom unit but ISee More >

I have lived in "The Lift" since December. I have talked to the management a number of times about various issues with my apartment. In all honesty the inside is visually very appealing. The applicances were all new when I moved in,See More >

These apartments were in terrible condition but were very cheap and had reasonable management when I moved in two years ago. Since the most recent management change, the new company has showed no interest in fixing any (even major) plumbing, electrical or appliance relatedSee More >

We are living in perhaps the worst apartments I have ever seen. The neighbors smoke cigarettes and pot and look like trailer trash. The management are indifferent at best, we have a large hole in our ceiling that spurts water during rainstorms, and there areSee More >

I think your opinion of this complex depends largely on which individual apartment you rent. I got one of nicer apartments at this complex. Mine has a fireplace and everything's in fairly decent shape on the inside. There are a few cracksSee More >
