Do not recommend
Neighbors were pretty nice, but apartments full of roaches since day one. Things broke quite often & would just be patched up & deemed fixed. Staff is very nice & responds quickly but nothing was really ever done about the ever growing bug problem.

Roaches, toilets everywhere and homeless people
I moved in a year ago. I did my walk through and wrote down everything that was broken. Still, a year later, nothing has been fixed. With in a month of moving in, I am constantly requesting maintenance for roaches. They come in, they sprayā¦Ā See More >3/27/2023

There seems to always be some type of issue with the water. The office is inconsistent with there notifications and typically inconsiderate. The improvements they've promised as part of the reason for the rent increase are non existent. Definitely not satisfied and would not recommend

Great access to restaurants in South tulsa. Traffic cutting through parking lot is downfall , not a fan of the new vallet trash that was implemented, one should have the option of that service. Parking is reasonable. Management is nice in office.
