We've lived here for 2 years and won't renew out lease when it's up. I haven't had problems with management, but then again i haven't moved out yet. i'll be taking pics of my cleaning job when i leave, for sure.

i do live in the back of the complex, so i guess it's ok for people to be able to leave their junked-out cars and trucks in my parking lot. there are kids zooming around, and even going 2mph i nearly hit a couple this summer. sorry, don't mean to offend anyone, but if tenants can't watch their children, they should make them at least stay in the house.

neighbors are friendly for the most part. i had a few who were loud, but execpt for mr. surround sound downstairs, probably aren't being delibrately brutish.

the appliances are old, old, old. when the microwave broke, they didn't take it out of the wall unit, but went ahead and took up counter space with a cheap one. i spent two days cleaning up behind the painters after moving in; apparently they have never heard of taping off the baseboards, fixtures, or cabinets. overall, maintence was good for the first few months but has since gotten worse. our carpet has needed to be cleaned for a long time and when i talked to management about it, she said that i would have to spot clean or call a steamer.

for the money, it wasn't a horrible place to live but i think the crowd moving in will change that pretty soon.

oh, and although the enclosed stairway seemed like a good idea, the doorway is very poorly insulated and our utility in the summer runs $130-195 per month. cannot afford that anymore.
