    I have been a resident at Harpers Lodge for almost a year it's a very quiet and laid back environment if I have to rate my experience from 1-10 and knowing nothing is 10 so with that being said my rating is 8.9

      You're allowed to play your music very loud and disturbed your neighbors you're allowed extra large dogs and when you call management to get it stopped they tell you they can't so that's what makes a bad taste in my mouth for this apartment complex.

          The staff are very supportive. only concern mainly related to outdoor (stairs and in the front of the apartment) seems very old with many insects. In addition the water pressure seems weak most of the day.

                    Honestly I hated living here. Location management was so bad, never followed through on fixes or updates, was always moody (new management came on a couple weeks before I left). Grounds were gross and not well kept. Overall just bad experience.
