I recently moved into this community with very high expectations because the staff had been so wonderful during my look to move and when signing paperwork. Now that I’m in my unit I am extremely let down. I have lived in other apartment communities before and know that there is some amount of repairs that have to be done before a tenant moves in.. I feel like none of the “normal” measures were taken. It looked like they moved someone out of the unit and then immediately moved me in. I’m at tha point where I can’t even get settled because there are so many repairs needing to be fixed and maintenance is just taking a very long time to get to anything. I understand they have an entire complex to work on daily but a majority of these issues should have been resolved before I ever received keys.. as of right now I would NOT recommend anyone move in here unless they are ready to either do repairs themselves or just don’t care about where they live. And to top it off for me the manager is never in. I have tried contacting them countless times before heading to work and they are always away at a “meeting.” Makes it very hard to feel like your needs are being met or even heard. I feel like they only tell you what you want to hear to get you out of their office. As of right now my only bathroom is unusable with no time frame in mind when they’ll actually get around to fixing it.
