Contrary to the previous review, there is no outdoor lighting at the Springs. The ponds with fountains are usually off (and dirty green), or drained dry.

The paving is uneven, although many of the potholes in the parking lot have been filled now. Frequent car break ins are clear from the broken glass that litters the parking lot - some from a car of mine.

The maintainence staff, both old and new, has been nothing but rude and unhelpful. Not that there seems to be much to work with - this and other apartments are covered with 'band-aid' style patch ups of things that should have been repaired properly.

That all being said, the bedrooms and living room area are very spacious (though without internal lighting). The closet space is ample, and each of the bedrooms having a full bathroom is a nice touch, especially for those who wish to have roommates. The kitchen is smaller than I would have expected given the size of the apartment, and is woefully lacking in pantry space.

I would have said this were a reasonable place to live, if it were not for the inadequate security and slipshod, rude maintainence staff. I reserve comment on the apartment management staff, since I have not personally had dealings with them since the complex changed hands. They'd *have* to be better than the old people, though.
