I could only live here one month due to the noise of upstairs neighbor. I put in no less than 5 complaints, including calling security 3 times. Security, to my knowledge never came. I believe staff could have done more than āattemptā to contact this noisy neighbor. One office staff was member was polite and concerned, Drew. Another, was always a little on the unfriendly side, never smiled, acted like you were a nuisance. The manager was disappointing. The office NEVER answers the phone and NEVER returns your phone calls. I was forced to email the office and wait a day or two for a reply. I lived here previously, when they first opened, this community is not the same. They seem to tolerate most anything. Including large amounts of dog poo right outside my door which remained there until I moved. Dogs in my area were off leash. If you have an after hours noise complaint, I was first instructed to call the office. I did so, but never received a prompt for security. Later, I was given a direct number to security ( which they donāt offer upfront?) but they do not respond 24/7 and specifically after hours, at least in my case. I can not recommend this property. I moved out within the ā30 day optionā so I wouldnāt be stuck there for a year. This was very costly to move twice in 30 days, movers expense, deposits, packing boxes and materials and a lot of stress and time. Look at Thrive in Jenks! They have strict pet and noise rules, and they stand behind their policies.
