I lived here for 2 years, was NEVER late on rent or paying bills (despite the fact I never actually received my utility bill in the mail - my mailbox was broken and they never fixed it, so every month I had to call the utility company to find out what I owed - real convenient), and was an exceptionally clean and quiet tenant. I took care of my friend's cat at one point while there for about a week and was required to pay a $300 pet deposit even though I explained the cat was only there temporarily. I paid the deposit and was still screwed out of receiving my entire security deposit back. They charged me $73 because I did not turn my keys in until the 4th of the month even though I had tried to turn them in before hand but the landlord conveniently took her vacation day so the office was locked - glad to help. Plus, they charged me to clean the carpets, which they always replace when a tenant moves out anyhow... This is no way to treat people, and I am appalled. I am fortunate enough that withholding my deposit does not damper my financial situation all that much but beware to those of you not so lucky. I hope this company knows I have an attorney working on this case so these bastards can't do this to other people as well. DO NOT LIVE HERE...I know the location is nice, but you're better off elsewhere.
