You get what you pay for with this apartment. When i moved in, my dishwasher was broken and full of nasty black smelly water, i had a broken breaker, and my move in date was shifted to three weeks after i was originally supposed to move in and even then, my apartment was not ready for me or cleaned. They have a "No pets policy" but everyone around you will have 3 noisy dogs in their apartments and they'll lease violate you for having a hamster. These are all one bedroom units, and you will see families of 5 living inside them. Most of the driers in the laundry room do not work at all, and people will blatantly pull your stuff out of a washer and put it aside (be it on the ground or folding table.) They do unannounced pest control monthly. (sometimes they'll post a notice around 8pm the night before.. sometimes.) Regardless of them doing pest control, the roach problem has seemed to have gotten much worse since i moved in. You can just be sitting in your living room and see at least three crawling up the walls at a time. The maintenance men have been known to take things from apartments, as well as coming in smelling like weed. It's a large apartment for the price, but not worth the $500 deposit that you won't be getting back.
