I have lived here for almost a month now so I'm still settling in but would like to throw out my observations so far.
I LOVE that this complex has a very open and friendly dog community. I have a Great Dane and had a very difficult time finding a place that would accept her. Quatama did! There's dog stations all over the complex for cleaning up poop and pl but of grassy spots for potty breaks.
I love that my front door is inside a hall rather than facing outside but dislike having to go through a total of 3 doors to get to my apartment especially when my hands are full of groceries. The doors automatically close on their own so it's a battle every time. Also, the breezeway or hall is usually pretty clean but does look a little run down compared to the actual apartments. Some halls do have that neighbor cooking smell and some don't. It's not theat bad though.
Ther is plenty of parking for those with a renters parking pass but only I think 6 gust spots by the office for guests after 8pm. I never had an issues so far at any time of day or late night but part of that is because they have really strict parking restrictions including, one vehicle per licensed driver, if you have a garage you have to park in it and have a special garage parking pass which means that's the only place you can park. You can't use your garage for storage unless you can fit it around your vehicle. That part was a HUGE bummer. I didn't know until AFTER I signed the lease. Ruined all my plans as an apartment with a garage was my main need.
I'm second floor which means I need five quiet for those below me, not a problem. But I am getting resentful of those above me for being extra noisy when they walk or slam doors and cupboards and talk REALLY loud. So, noise factor on that level is terrible but no road noise from an inside of the complex building idk about the outer buildings.
There's a movie theater, kids club for after school homework, computer room, pool, weight room. All very nice rooms.
Overall, it's a nice place for the money. I would recommend It especially over all those high cost smaller apartments. Mine is I think 1020 sf maybe 1025 for a 2x2 which is pretty good at this price.
