I've lived at Glenbrook for almost a year now and, for the price, I love it. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and I can't imagine living somewhere without this much grass, trees and flowers ever again. The apartment itself is pretty basic, but the vaulted ceilings (2nd floor) make it feel very spacious and full of light. My one gripe about this place is that the paint they use on the kitchen cabinets and drawers is matte; it peels off easily and is very difficult to clean without scratching off the paint. Otherwise, I've only had 1 or 2 instances of excessive noise the whole time I've been here. There's plenty of parking. Any maintenance issue I've had here has always been taken care of the same day. I plan to renew my lease in August for another 6 months; the only reason I won't be doing it for longer is because my roommate will be moving out of state at that point. On a random note, cable is included in your rent.
As for some of the negative reviews on here, a lot of the complaints stem from the fact that these people aren't following the guidelines of their lease. Yes, you do have to give 60 days notice if you're on a lease. That was on the agreement you signed when you move in, so don't freak out when they call you on trying to break the terms of your lease.
Glenbrook's a great place, come visit and you'll see for yourself.
