This apartment is awful if you're a young professional without a family. This apartments target market is welfare family's. Huge problem is that this apartment complex doesn't have a "park" it has a tiny playground that none of the kids use. I would say there are 20 young kids running around with no supervision. The walls are thin, you can hear your neighbor going to the bathroom if you are both in the bathroom at the same time, and management is awful. They themselves are parents so they are pro welfare families. Meaning they don't get after the parents to watch their kids. They dislike confrontation and would rather just act like nothing is wrong. They are nice enough when you are face to face and on the phone but nothing ever get's done with any concerns you have. If you are a young college kid you are better off living on campus.. you will be closer to PSU and not have to deal with driving costs. If you are a young professional you would be better off renting a plex or a newer apartment. If you are a family who is having a hard time finding work and it's tough times for you this is the place for you. Your kids will have plenty of friends, the apartment won't hassle you, has a washer and dryer, and apartment is priced right and near public transit. In summary if you are not a family household look elsewhere.
