When I first got here I was treated very well. The staff is polite, professional and seems genuine in keeping the grounds and units maintained. However, after about a year here I started to notice some issues I think with more research before hand would have caused me to keep looking as far as finding an apartment. The best part of this place are things you shouldn't need to worry about in finding a nice apartment; such as having your own parking spot open when you get home or getting people to come fix your appliances when they break. That is exactly what happened, ALOT. We have had problems with our washer/dryer, garbage disposal, refrigerator, smoke detector within that 13 month period. On top of that the cable lines outside our apartment are done incorrectly and we see the repairmen out there all the times fixing the cable which is (included) in your rent. It's always nice having a cable company try to charge you for work done on their behalf for a service that is free. These units are dated by today's standards, and everything from fixtures leaking, appliances breaking and doors not closing properly there is alot to keep maintained around here. If this is on the list for you, make sure you look at your unit under a new light and ask lots of questions. Given that advice myself... I probably would have moved somewhere else. Other than those issues, this place is relatively quiet and the prices are reasonable.
