Great community on the outskirts of Corvallis, grounds are always clean and the landscaping is beautiful. Residents are generally quiet and respectful, parking has not been a problem. Maintenance responds quickly to any issues.

10/10 very lovely apartments, they have great outdoor upkeep, a relatively quiet community, winco right around the corner, hiking a block away, staff are pleasant and always helpful when a question or problem comes up (e.g. leaky sink, was fixed the very next morning)
