Complex is made up of 3 box-like apartments. Not enough parking but not everyone has a car. Rugs were last replaced in 1997 and are filled with burn holes in a non-smoking complex, yet no pets are permitted. The application reads that they are disability compliant however try telling that to the gal who fought a no-cause eviction by bringing a management approved service animal. She had to contact Fair Housing to keep her studio. There are 2 problem tenants; one is a meth ho and the other is skitso. The first enjoys waking people at all hours of the morning with her... lets say business. Her business is vocally broadcasted and echo's off of the 3 buildings. The schizophrenic woman claims the shared kitchen of one of the quins to be hers and will fight anyone who thinks otherwise. Management permitted a murderer to move in. He is out now, but it gos to show how much care they take in background checks. Apartments are located across the street from Whitaker Elementary. Personally, I believe that the apartments would benefit from some security to keep the nuts from hurting anyone.
In the past management has done nothing but make excuses or in the case of the prostitute, give her extra permission to harass paying tenants. We will be getting a new manager in but frankly, I don't believe she can handle the job. The last manager was never in during "working hours". Many people had to wait a long time, or never heard back from her regarding anything. I am certainly glad that her and her yappy dog are gone.
