would highly recommend NOT coming here. Good things are that it's in the 4J school district area and has a pool, sauna, hot tub, small workout room, and racquetball courts. Parking is easy, however they denied us two paid parking spots near our door, instead only giving us one and that makes it awfully hard with groceries, a toddler and an infant. In the 9 months we have been here we have left our bikes in the supposedly secure bicycle area, only to have both our bikes stolen less than 2 weeks after being purchased, along with our burley trailer. We complained and were told that installing cameras in the bike area was too cost prohibitive and that the bike area was secure because it was key pad protected. Then clearly, the stealing is an inside job by someone who knows the key combination. We bought more bikes and a new trailer, and within 4 days the trailer was stolen. Several large packages have been stolen from our front porch within hours of delivery. Clearly, theft is a problem here. We have been woken in the night to the police chasing men in a stolen car through the complex. Not a very safe area for my two children. I was 8 months pregnant and had several large packages to carry and asked the older man for help with them; he gave me a hand truck. Not very helpful. Our roof leaked big time and maintenance had to rip out part of the bedroom wall to dry it out and redo it. There is no AC upstairs so it can get unbearably hot. You're living in a fish bowl with everyone else's window looking into yours so not much privacy with the blinds open. The walls are very thin and you can hear the toilets flushing and vacuuming and babies crying and I swear I head someone fart. All of this in less that 9 months of living here. So no, I would not recommend living here as it is unsafe, with unhelpful staff and already falling apart at the seams.

Hi Ashlyn_p, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. We are disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied with your visit. Since the area that the community is located in and how it is set up we are unable to not allow non residents into our community since the streets are all public streets. We do have some limitations that are required of us in regards to Fair Housing so if we allow 1 person to be able to get 2 spots in front of their apartment then we would have to allow all residents the same option. With 263 apartments with in our community this is not possible. We would love to have the time to talk to you about your concerns. If you would like to call the office at 541-344-0040 to stet up a time to do so that would be great. The Tennyson Team
