This place can be really great, or really bad. I say this because it pretty much all depends on your neighbors. The other reviews point out the thin walls, but I can't stress just how thin they are. I've heard my neighbor cry, fart, laugh, scream, have sex, etc. You can literally hear everything that goes on around you. So, it's good if you have a quite neighbor and bad if you don't. Personally if I knew just how thin the walls were when I moved in I wouldn't have signed a lease and called Chinook Way my home. It's really that bad. I do however like some one of a kind amenities included with this property. A 24 hour decent sized gym, underground parking, electronic entry, awesome staff, and great neighborhood. Fairview village is a wonderful neighborhood for a family, couple, or solo living. Target, post office, various shops, and shopping centers are all near by. There's also a great park and trails to walk on. The neighborhood feels very safe due to the police station being located down the street. There's also a lot of community events like an outdoor market once a week, and holiday events like a Christmas tree lighting. I'm glad I live here because of the area, but Chinook Way isn't the best place in the area. I plan on looking into the other options available in Fairview Village.
