over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

This is used to evaluate how we can continually improve our level of service. We strive to complete service requests within 24-48 hours of receiving them. There are times that service requests may be slightly delayed, depending on the time and the nature of the request. We are happy to communicate any such delays. We encourage our residents to provide management with written documentation of problems with neighbors or within the community so that we can properly address any issues. We work closely with our courtesy patrol staff to ensure our resident's needs are properly addressed in a timely and professional manner. Our courtesy patrol walks through our community five times per night to ensure resident's needs are being met and to assist residents as needed. The Groves offers 24-hour, 7-days per week emergency maintenance service from our on-site maintenance technician. Our courteous and professional leasing staff is here 7 days a week to serve you, and we urge you to contact us directly at our rental office at any time. Again, thank you for review.
