I am a current resident of Hub 9, it's a very nice small community along with the other two complexes (Rowlock & Vector) in Orenco Station. The up keep of the apartment complex overall is well maintained. When I moved in the leasing consultants inSee More >

I really like living here. It is close by the everything. Allyssa did a great job of introducing us to this place. It is clean and it feels like home.

If you enjoy hidden fees, poor design and construction, not enough parking spaces, and an incompetent, lying office staff then Hub 9 is the place for you. If not then avoid this place like the plague. It all started with that estimated $25 electric billSee More >

I moved into the building in July 2015. I have been very happy with the building and all of the staff. The staff is very helpful. They always take the time to talk to you and will help you in anyway they can. The buildingSee More >

I moved in here about 5 weeks ago and have really enjoyed living here so far. The staff is kind and courteous and always makes an effort to say hi. The communal areas are kept clean and the complex is relatively peaceful.

I moved in three weeks ago and have had nothing but great experiences. Everything is very organized in the front office, and I have received quick responses to all of my concerns. The apartment building is great--brand new, clean and cute! I love my apartmentSee More >

I moved from outside the Country. Prior to my trip to view apartments Hub9 staff had been very helpful coordinating viewing times, and were very helpful informing me about the area for my stay. I was very impressed by how well managed the building was.See More >

I am not a fan of this apartment building. The leasing agents are mostly unhelpful. It seems like they don't want you having issues or complaints or they get annoyed. I have been very put off by one of the leasing agents in specific andSee More >

Hub 9
Dear Resident, We are very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience that you have been experiencing. We are privileged to have you living here at HUB 9 and chose us as your new home. I appreciate your comments about aspects of the apartment that need attention. It is our priority to adjust or repair anything in your new home and encourage you to reach out to us in person, phone or email so we can address these things immediately. We are here 7 days a week. I hope we can overcome any indifferences and regain your confidence that our staff is here to help and serve you. It would be my pleasure to meet with you and help fix the issues you are having in your home. We are able to move the safety locks on your windows that are put in all 6 story buildings and move them up so you can have more air flow. Just tell us when, and we will come over. Feel free to reach me, Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm by phone (503-430-0431) or email, [email protected] With much appreciation, Heidi Potts, Sr. Property Manager, HUB 9 Apartment Homes
