So far my experience here has been great. Repairs have been prompt if needed and Management has been very helpful and easy to work with. Neighborhood is very safe and has easy shopping access for the Hillsboro area.

Palladia is conveniently located to Tanasbourne shopping area. Parks and wooded path areas are a major plus for this community. Management is responsive and helpful. Valet trash is not offered but not optional (extra charge if $14/month).

Solid place so far I just moved in a month ago. I like everything so far beyond the smoker outside my window in the morning. It get blower into my room. Also my apartment wasn't ready when it was supposed to be.

AWESOME! Fastest response time from maintenance I've ever experienced and staff is great. Friendly and pet friendly community are a plus. Complex is well maintained. Let's not forget that there is a forest right next door!!

Overall is good. My only concern is rent. I cannot decide to live my apartment as my company decides each year if the rent does not exceed my company limit. So, if the rent is increased and it exceeds the limit, I need to move.

The people in the community could be more friendly but maybe as time goes by they will but for now just still observing. It's fraustrating that we paid this much rent and a decent parking spot can't be allocated to each tenant

Office staff are nice. Roof construction has taken too long; parking was limited and construction blocks several spots. Road noise depends on which building you are in. If your building backs up to evergreen, expect noise.

Nice area and close to the job site. Parking was easy with convenient and easy access to highway. 25 minutes from downtown Portland, but removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. Convenient shopping with lots of choices for restaurants.

It's been a great experience getting an apartment here. Staff are friendly and easy to work with. Apartments are clean and kept up. I would recommend anyone to move here. They have great high ceilings and beautiful fire places.

Great place to live and great staff - always there to help. It is very convenient to everything. The pool and gym are wonderful to have. The staff at the office are always there to assist. It has been a home for us.

If you desire an urban experience and little interaction with neighbors and management team, Palladia is for you. Palladia has beautiful grounds, access to TriMet bus line and is within walking distance to restaurants, movie theater and shopping.

We have lived here for almost 2 years and have really enjoyed our townhome. We love the leasing staff and they are always very professional and friendly. We definitely plan to stay for a very long time!

Great complex, close to everything and the townhome itself is in great shape. It would be nice to have more updated fixtures throughout, but overall it is great, we pay for our townhome the same as a two bedroom apartment somewhere else.

It has been great living here. It's a quiet neighborhood for the most part. There is plenty of parking, the staff is pleasant, helpful, and provide a relaxed but professional atmosphere in and the office.

I love my apartment. The rent goes up way more than I'd like every year, but I am happy with my place. I appreciate the no smoking community and the small park nearby that allows for more bird visitors to my balcony bird feeders.
