Sorry you are having this WiFi issue. I am not sure of the location of your apartment either. WiFi doesn't reach the entire property so that could be part of the problem if you are not close by.
Last month all entries were cleaned, was your entry missed perhaps? We always enforce the pool rules but the pool is not always visible to us, or after office hours either, so please feel free to let us know of situations that should not be happening.

We thank you for your thoughts. And we agree on some parts of the parking situations. It used to be that a family of two (adult people) would have one vehicle. Not true in todays world as most adults in the household have jobs now and both are going in different directions to work so they need two vehicles. Unfortunately, right now, there doesn't seem to be much of a solution. It's wonderful we have made the top of your list in being the greatest!
I am very, sorry to hear about the unfortunate car break in and accident. Parking has been addressed before and I am still hoping to hear something positive as to what we might be able to do. Also there "might" (might) be something in the works for our pups too. We shall see how it all turns out. I agree that sometimes it is hard to find an open parking spot. We are working on trying to find some kind of solution and hope to hear something soon. The Church put a stop to all people parking in their lot sometime back as you already know. I've spoken with other complexes and they are having the same situations as in todays world most families have 2 to 3 vehicles per household which is not how it used to be. We appreciate your compliments and thoughts anytime.

Centrally located, close to Trader Joe's, several restaurants, shopping galore and about 6 minutes to the Medford International Airport! Costco is also building their new store 2 miles from us. We offer a renovated fitness center and heated seasonal pool! All apartments have full size W/D hookups, outside attached storage and one assigned carport.
