Chestnut Place Apartments was a wonderful place to call home. We were very thankful that they were so willing to work with us when we moved back from Texas. We only took a six month Lease because we had a goal to buy a house and we did. The neighbors were friendly but not overbearing. The grounds are nicely maintained. They offer a community gardening space for the tenants. We spent many a hot afternoon in the pool. We had a upstairs apartment that had a very private view into the wooded area, an assigned parking space and plenty of guest parking.
