Safety is our top concern, and decorations on railings in the wind can fall and cause harm. We assign one free parking space close to every resident's apartment. We love our pets, but not necessarily what they leave behind. We require our residents to pick up after their pets so the grounds can be enjoyed by all residents. Heatherbrae Commons is a smoke free community, and we will make every effort to end the smoking. Please come into the office next time you have a work order and we will go through the convenient process of submitting a work order online with you to show you another way. We would also love the chance to discuss any noise complaints with you as we take them very seriously. We even have a courtesy patrol that can address any issues after hours so that the excess noise can be stopped in the moment rather than waiting for the next business day.

We understand the Portland rental market has changed significantly over the past 24 months and has created uncertainty for residents throughout the metro area. Our historically conservative increases over the last several years have required a predictable and assertive adjustment in an effort to professionally manage all aspects of the community during this ever-changing market. We have been adding more value to our apartment homes since 2006 and started fully renovating apartment homes in October 2014, which included the addition of brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances. We have also removed some appliances that were hauled away on a weekly basis, which would explain the steady stream of old appliances you have witnessed being placed by the maintenance shop. In an effort to keep our community current, quality renovations will continue into the future. We apologize if your work order was not completed as we take great pride in our Maintenance Team at Heatherbrae.
