We are sorry to see that you have had a negative encounter with our staff. Our management team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and it's disappointing to read that was not your experience while you were a member of our community. We offer our sincere apologies again regarding the confusion on the extra day of rent that was quoted. One of our senior leasing agents was quick to correct the error, but we can understand how the event could be upsetting. We see that you have concerns with your final accounting and we'd be happy to clarify any questions you have regarding the charges on your account. An itemized statement was mailed to the forwarding address we had on file at your departure, and the cleaning and turnover costs are based on the condition of your unit at move out. Tenant responsibilities at their departure are outlined in both the rental agreement as well as the move out confirmation letter that was provided at notice.
