Only issue is price-believe you are pushing the envelop ay$1,850 per month for a studio apartment. Great neighborhood, nice building and convenient to have parking in the building. However, other buildings offer just as much at prices that may be competitive.

incompitent and rude staff
Even though the parent company resides in the building, they still have some huge problems with staff accountability and competence. If you would like to live somewhere that honors your lease or that you are not lied to by your manager, I suggest looking elsewhere. ā¦Ā See More >8/14/2023

My year at the lofts:
My year at the lofts started Monday Sept 21, 2009, I viewed unit 611 a west facing studio. Dana Earlenbaugh showed me the unit twice on weekends previously. I wondered why I could not schedule weekday viewings and found out why after moving in!ā¦Ā See More >8/14/2023

A Good Place to Live.
I lived in the Crane Lofts for six months, only moving out due to a change in financial circumstances. I lived on the East side of the building and never had a problem with noise as some others have mentioned. Given the central location, youā¦Ā See More >8/14/2023

Prices Have Dropped? Insanely expensive to heat, so who cares if they have!!
UPDATE: You will pay the highest heating bills you have ever paid in your life. It would be less expensive to buy a home in Arizona for the winter months and to purchase a solid gold plane to fly you there. Iā¦Ā See More >8/14/2023

How can you charge $2,000 a month for a one bedroom, zero utilities included?
Place was beautiful and loved living there...... at first. The new staff is deceitful. They have a large deposit, an entire months worth of pay for me. I waited a month to get my deposit back and instead ended up with a bill! I wasā¦Ā See More >8/14/2023

Nice but expensive
I agree with the previous reviewer...the rent is quite high and increasing. Just don't think that it is justified. I love the apartment except for its price and the highway noise. People talking on the street can be heard quite well, but that hasn't botheredā¦Ā See More >8/14/2023

Mixed feelings.....hate to love it!
I lived in the 6th floor one bedroom. These lofts are beautiful. Loved the exposed brick and high ceilings; and the view from my windows was lovely. The noise in the Crane didn't bother me like the other reviewer here, but it does have someā¦Ā See More >8/14/2023

Windows provide no sound proofing.....
I lived at the Crane for a few months. I was truly excited when I moved in to be living in the Pearl. The leasing agent was really nice, tall ceilings, cool brick, etc. That all kind of went downhill starting at 4am to whatā¦Ā See More >8/14/2023
