Dear Reviewer, I want to thank you for your comments, and high marks, regarding our community overall. I am very happy that the grounds, maintenance, and other items make our community a great place to live. I am extremely sorry that my personal attention to your needs has been received in such a negative manner. In fact, I enjoy my job very much, and also enjoy working with my residents through good times and bad. I have been reflecting on your comments all night, and am at a loss to put an identity with these comments, or recognize who I have been in contact with that would feel this way. I completely understand the desire for anonymity, and hope that you see a change in the performance of the office. I'd like to have another chance to change your opinion and, perhaps, make things right, resulting in an updated review. I recognize that changing someone's opinion takes dedication and time.
