Resident 2004 - 2005 Not Recommended

Close to I-5 and management you rarely see-and those are the (only) good things about living here. There are cats everywhere you look, which keeps the mice out but leaves the great cat urine smell everywhere. The management claim there are breed restrictions on dogs, but I have personally counted at least 3 pit bulls-which are one of the banned breeds. Dog owners rarely cleen up after their pets, which in addition to the cat uirine leave a wonderful smell in the air.
The residents are the most unconsiderate, rude and noisy people I have ever come met. The walls are paper thin and residents insist on blasting music at all hours. Multiple noise complaints do nothing at all. One complaint was put in by myself, and I heard the manager ask the neighbors to please turn down their music, which was met with the reply to "f--- off" and the noise never stopped.
All in all, if you like to be treated like crap, hear all of your neighbors music, smell animal dung and hear semis riding their engine break down the highway, this apartment complex is for you. Otherwise, do all you can to avoid it.
-A soon to be ex-tenet
