Office Staff
At times the current management staff fails to notify us about received packages that do not fit in the Concierge on the 2nd floor, whether some item of building equipment we misplaced, etc. was received or found. Also, the issue of the nonworking elevator has made us skeptical about how it is being repaired -- 8 months since it went down. It is simply not credible that a modern elevator cannot have been repaired in 8 months. Again, the issue is communication.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. I can assure you that we are working diligently to get the elevator repairs completed. It has been a process of elimination with the vendors and they are booked a few weeks out in advance. We understand the frustration and we are truly sorry we are at the mercy of the vendors. I'm sorry about the delay in packages. The lockers have been full and so has the office. At times the delivery are leaving them next to the lockers and we have been trying to retrain them about process. If they come to the office we are getting to them as quick as we can. I appreciate all your patience while we work through some of the issues here. I have an open door policy so feel free to come in and see me anytime. I am here to help in the best way I can.
