Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. If I could have fixed the elevator myself I would have. So would anyone with Greystar. We were at the mercy of the vendors. When the first vendor couldn't fix it, we brought in the manufacture. It took them lots of parts and trouble shooting. We had to bring in a third party inspection specialist from Seattle to help give input to the issue. I know it was very frustrating only having one elevator and I'm sorry we couldn't get it fixed sooner. I am glad we have it working now. I am here to help so please reach out anytime. Thank you!
