Resident 2003 - 2007

9/5/2012

I enjoyed living at Mapletree for several years. There are some items that need attention. Lighting is one of them. The class of residents seems to be dropping lately and therefore, more problems with noise and so forth. That can't be helped by the management if the new people pass all the screening. I moved out and had my ENTIRE deposit in hand within four days of returning my keys. If you follow the list you are given when you turn in your 30 day notice, you will get your money back ... the only instance that you won't is if you have lived here less than 18 months. Under those circumstances, you will have to cover the cost of the turnover of your apartment. That is CLEARLY stated on the lease agreement and is generally pointed out upon move in. Amber Woolsey is the new manager and I felt very confident that she is honest and hard-working. If she says something is going to get done, it will. If something is out of her hands, she won't hem and haw, she'll be frank and tell you.
