Tualatin Meadows Apartments

I have been at Tualatin Meadows for 3 years now. Debbie and Lakisha, the office staff, are professional and extremely helpful. The maintenance men are also very attentive and willing to always go out of their way! The apartments are well kept and charming. The outdoor maintenance is nice and adequate. I face the wetlands and it is fun to watch the Canadian Geese and the spring parade of new chicklets. Incidentally, within 3 weeks of birth they have tripled in size! I would recommend Tualatin Meadows to anyone because they are safe and well kept. Note below some real problem issues. The parking situation is a nightmare. Heaven forbid if you park anywhere except your assigned designated spot, it must be letter and number free or you will be towed. Often when having company, I move my car so my guests can use my spot and they will not get soaked in the winter by having to walk a distance of 1-3 blocks. If your car is towed, it will cost about $400 and is in Beaverton and a 50 mile round trip! Very inconvenient and expensive. The garbage is another nightmare not because of management but the people who live here. I can't believe how many people cannot make a small effort to at least try to recycle. In addition they leave large furniture, mattresses and misc. household items and expect maintenance to dispose and pay for the mess left. You know who you are, please be considerate of others.
