Good luck in getting maintenance to actually do something. Our water heater has been broken for a month. We have put in 4 requests online, I have called the maintenance phone and had them put in a work order. I have also talked to them in person on multiple occasions. People have been by and look at it to figure out the issue and promise to get back to us that same day. They never do. This is in addition to having to deal with the sub-par management following a flooded apartment due to the winter weather freezing pipes, which was their fault for not insulating outside facing pipes. They are also horrible at accounting, you have to watch each and every bill to make sure they're not charging you for something you don't owe. The newer modeled apartments are nice, but not sure the management makes it worth it.

Hi Cody,
Our team has changed hands since the date of your review, so I am hopeful you are already seeing a change in the right direction on the level of service you're receiving from maintenance, as well as from our office team. You'll have a positive experience with our new assistant manager, Melinda, as she is very diligent at accuracy on her accounting regarding your ledger.
I would like to schedule a time at your convenience to sit down and re view any of your pending concerns. Please let me know by phone or email a good time for you, okay?
Thank you,
Veronica Whitmore
