Horrible Management. Scam artists. Liars.
They don't enforce their office hours. As a tenant, it becomes extremely hard to get in contact with anyone in their property management team. It wouldn't be a big problem if it was easy to just pay your bill and live your life. But it becomes a big problem because their accounting is very bad and repeatedly has errors and additional charges.
For instance, lets say your utility bill was $90 one month and you pay it right away. Next month, you get a bill saying that your previous month's utility bill was $110 and says that you only paid $90 and therefore you are late paying $20. That kind of garbage HAPPENS here!
You try to get in contact with them for DAYS. Finally, you get in touch and they say it was a mistake and the error in your bill was corrected. But then, next month you find out that the error was never corrected.
3 months later, I am still trying to get a refund for a bogus $100 late fee.
