Would not recommend to anyone horrible management will screw you over

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The management is horrible, rude and disrespectful. Whenever you need to get a hold of them their office is either closed or they do not pick up their phones. When you leave a voice-mail or even email them they take forever to respond. They will tell you one thing but will screw you over. We were told we were getting our whole security deposit back but then took out what was owed in utilities even though we paid the utilities before we moved out. They do not care about you, all they care about is money. We had a lot of problems with mold and their solution was to paint over it even though it kept coming back. We had very old appliances and asked if we could have the updated ones and they said no. We had put in a lot of noise complaints and nothing was ever done about it. Their solution was for us to move to another place while the people above us made all the noise. I will never recommend this place to anyone. When we were getting ready to move out we told them that… See More>

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Pinnacle Property (the apartment managers) had vendors come into our buildings to redo a small section of carpet. The work was not essential and could have waited. The workers did not wear masks or gloves, nor did they provide 6 feet of space. I voiced my concerns to my apartment manager and they said that they weren't putting us in any danger, and that they had scheduled this work a month ago and decided not to cancel. Take note: Pinnacle Property does not care about you or your wellbeing. It's all about money for them.

I've lived here for a number of years and I still love it. The 1 bedroom apartments are 800 sq ft, which is outstanding for this area, especially for this price range. Other pros: assigned parking (yay!), can't hear the neighbors except once in awhile from upstairs, but I never hear my side neighbors. We're close to everything, all of our town's amenities. The apartment quality itself is great. Super floor plan. One bedrooms have walk-through closets to the bathroom, which is an ample size and includes good counter space. Closets come with closet organizers. Bedroom is very large, front room/kitchen/dining is open floor plan. Most importantly, the main thing I've found over the years is that the determining factor is the quality of the management. Marie and her crew are *super. Very responsive to any concerns, they go the extra mile to accommodate our needs. Upkeep has improved with our new management. We now have double pane windows, which sure help with whatever noise we have had outside, not to mention the energy savings. In all the upgrades over the last year, Marie and Matt have been very, very, responsive to any question or concern or issue. Come to… See More>

Residents from July 2015 to August 2017. Avoid FPI managed properties at all costs! FPI took over August 2016. Hallways are not vacuumed, trash around property not picked up. Workers came in to "cut caulk" around windows May 2017 as part of renovation and left sheet rock dust and debris 8-10 feet out from every window. Workers refused to clean after themselves. On site management said only 2 people complained. I determined over 20 people complained. District manager replied by email after 9 days offering to clean. I countered that we deserved to be paid since we had begun cleaning that night so we could stay in our apartment. All surfaces were covered with dust. Floor was not safe for our pets. Bed had sheet rock on it. Cooking surfaces, furniture, antiques and collectibles covered in dust. When I tried to hold back money from the rent I was told politely if I didn't pay the full amount FPI would begin eviction proceedings. After repeated emails and calls we decided to move out. We were charged $1932.50 for breaking the lease. We are also being charge "depreciation" on the carpet and paint for living in the apartment 2 years.

When I first moved in the landlord failed to clean the drains outside my unit (on common grounds) causing dirt/water to flow in my apartment on the brand new carpet. There resolution was to clean the carpets and place a extremely loud fan in the apartment for a week while it dried. (No compensation for being displaced from apartment for the week) New management has been here for a few months and they can't get anything right. They hiked the prices for rent, promised new gym, changed operating hours to 8-5, issued random closures of facilities, failed to provide trash receptacle for an entire week, can't seem to repair simple caulking around tub in 4 weeks. Update 1/25/2017: The lighting in the parking lot is poor and there has been multiple days in which there has been absolutely no lights on in the parking lot. The American Flag has been flying high unlit through the Inauguration (1/21/2017). There was no attempt to clear any snow and or ice after the snow storm (It naturally melted on the sidewalks over the next 7 days).

We have lived here at Town Center Park Apartments for several years now and have always enjoyed it, however they have recently been bought out by an investment company who put FPI management in charge and they are awful! Not only has my rent went up 325.00 per month we also get less for it!! Spa use to be year round, not anymore, use to be able to has gas grills not anymore. They also shorten office hours and gym times! Say the gym opens at 9 am everyday of the week we'll not so much! Its never open on time on the weekends. This management company is horrible!!!!

This is a 2016 review of FPI management front desk employee Halie Gobler at Town Center Park apartments in Wilsonville, OR: After having lived here over 4 years, our apartments changed to FPI Management a few months ago. Our first interactions with front desk employee Halie Gobler have ranged from condescending, to completely unknowledgeable with no answers. This was an inconvenience at first. By now, several months later, interactions with her are just beyond "unknowledgeable" at this point. She has been rude, tried to start legal debates, and thrown petty tantrums. At this point we almost feel harassed. Although there has been no action done that justifies her behavior, we will not recommend these apartments to anyone while FPI allows employees to conduct themselves this way.

The apartments need to be updated ( They look like the late 80's and smell of mold). The management changes quite often which is very frustrating. The new manager is lacking people and organizational skills. It seems his mind is not focused on the property or the tenants. The location is great! everything you would want is within a short walking distance theaters, grocers, dentists, doctors, thrift stores, etc.....

I've lived at Town Center Park for the past 3 years - great place, beautiful apartments - so spacious - great maintenance staff. Management staff has been a problem for the last year or so ever since Jake left - he was a great manager, but the best part of the office staff was the weekend person, Christine. There was always a different person in the office Monday through Friday for almost a year after Jake left, so I would save my issues for the weekend so I could speak with Christine - most residents would wait to speak with Christine because we knew she would handle it - she always had a smile and showed great concern for whatever problem I was having - whenever I pointed out some problem whether on the property or inside my place, she would make sure it got handled within two days! Even if I walked in while she was busy with someone else, she would check if I needed something quick, like a package to pick up. Now we have a new manager and Christine is gone!! All I can say is the scuttlebutt around this place is they should… See More>

Nice place to live.Very quite with nice neighbors and management. The actual apartments are rather old and are in need of refurbishment. The kitchen cabinet surfaces are peeling off at the bottom, and the floors are a little uneven. Same with the bathrooms. My biggest problem is they are raising the rent every year since I lived here ($30 yr). They say it's what the market is at in the area. I can understand that they want to be where the market is at. But they are pricing themselves at the level of other apartments that are not as old and are in better condition. As I said it is a nice place to live if you can afford yearly increases of $30 or more a year.

Okay so me my wife and our two 5 year olds have lived in these apartments for over a year. It s a amazing place with a great mix of friendly people. Jack and Christine do a great job of managing the apartments; both are professional and motivated to make this a wonderful place to live. There apartment is next door to the Korean War Memorial Park and in the summer its full of wonderful fairs concerts. It has a fountain to play in and adequate playground. Starbucks, Theater, Post office, Lamb Thriftway, Fry s Electronics, Bowling, Bo winkles family fun center and Library are all a 5 min walk or less. Almost everything is within 20 minutes or a short hop on the freeway. The complex has a pool, hot tube, Sauna, Respectable weight room. Victor and another nice lady I don t know her name yet do all the maintenance on the apartments they are both very hard working and quick to fix any problems. We looked around before we settled on this location. The price was fair and we love the pool and the park being so close. These apartments are well built. My only… See More>

                          Great place, but...

Note: This turned into a rather long review. Read on if you like, but bottom line: Great complex, Great location, Great maintenance and service staff, all of which are totally negated by impersonal, forgetful, incompetent manager. If Janet is in charge, do not rent. We lived at Towncenter Park from 2008-2011. THE PROS: The units are large for the price, and although the rent went up twice during our tenancy, pricing is still competitive for the area. The complex location is second-to-none. Literally next door to a great park, and within a couple blocks of a great grocery store and restaurants. Nice units, especially because they're being updated to match the renovated exterior. Maintenance staff is friendly, fast, and efficient. Most calls they were at our door within an hour, even for non-urgent repairs. PATTY! She is the single best staff member in the complex. Attentive, personal, and willing to listen and respond. I'm still not sure what her exact job title is, but whatever it is she's GREAT at it. THE CONS: Compared to competing complexes, the clubhouse at TCP is lacking. Gym area is small and fairly outdated, and there is no "community area" to speak of. The pool is clean, but fairly small. JANET. When we first… See More>

Nice place to live, even with the new manager

I lived in Town Center Park Apartments in a two bedroom from 2009-2011. Before I moved there I looked at nearly every other apartment complex in Wilsonville. What sold me was the nice, large, open floor plan. I loved the layout of the living room and kitchen. I also loved the amount of storage space. My apartment had a balcony off the kitchen, washer and dryer and fireplace. I never really used the clubhouse but it provided a workout area, sauna, pool and hot tub. I found the area pretty quiet, I rarely heard my neighbors. The biggest noise was cars speeding, leaf blowers and lawn mowers but I eventually got used to all that. My only complaint was the age of my oven- it had a wind-up timer with all the numbers rubbed off. But in an apartment I would never bring it up unless it didn t work, and it worked fine the entire time. Mold also built up in the window seals. No amount of ventilation, fan running or cleaning would fix it. I never choose apartments based on reviews of the staff. I… See More>

                              Nice place, poor management

The apartments are very clean, sturdy. Ours had a wood fireplace which made for a very comfortable and cozy winter. Maintenance staff are excellent at doing their job and at making us feel welcome. They are also available 24/7 in case of a fix-it emergency. Friendly and very efficient. Location is nice, we had an upstairs apartment and never heard any noise from our neighbors. Parking is a bit crowded, but there are public spaces across the street that I have used without any problems. We very much enjoyed our time living there. However, I would not currently recommend this apartment. Management changed halfway through our tenancy. The previous manager, John, was much like the maintenance staff: friendly, understanding, good at his job. A real person. We renewed our lease last year while he was still manager. A couple months before we moved out this year, management switched, the current manager is Janet. We had to break our lease due to financial issues, we just couldn't afford to stay where we were. At first she didn't want to let us break lease because of the short notice;… See More>

Overall, this is a great place to live. There are extremely friendly and responsible tenants at TCP. The interiors and exteriors of the apartments are really well kept and the maintence staff is professional. The only problem I have is with the new front office management. There used to be a gentleman who was extremely personable and it was a pleasure speaking with him every month. Recently, there has been a management change and the personnel at the front desk only seems to be interested in a square business agenda. Today, every tenant received a notice to make sure the rent is paid on time "...no exceptions!" Why place this on my door? I've never been late on a payment and usually pay early. I signed a lease, doesn't this imply that rent will be paid when it is due? After a long days work I want to come home and relax. Now this place seems to be run like a boot camp from the front office. They staff is doing what they're paid to do; however, in my opinion, they're not very competent when it comes to making the tenants feel at "home." Great ameneties, great location, great neighbors, but… See More>

This is my most favorite apartment I have ever lived in. The layout is amazing! And I love how our apartment backs up to the park. I love the location. I love how I can walk/bike anywhere. I love how the bedrooms have ceiling lights. Things I don't love: *Our neighbors upstairs stomp their feet a lot. *The appliances are old... like probably from the 90's. *The indoor entryways smell funny. I don't ever experience side to side noise, just the upstairs noise. It's something I've pretty much gotten used to though. And it's never loud enough to wake me up. Overall, I give this place a B. I love so much about it but the few things I don't aren't enough to deter me.

The 1.0 reviews given are certainly not my experience! And sorry to say, sounds like the same person wrote more than once. But I'm just ready to sign my 4th year lease and want to give Town Center Park Apartments the highest possible rating. I've lived in apartments most of my adult life and what I experience here is the best. The apartment itself is well designed, 800 sq ft plus patio and storage. Bedroom is 15 x 12, walk-through closet to the good-sized bathroom (has plenty of counter space). I think I best like the "great room" design -- the living area is generous with two large windows and slider to the back yard, which makes for good interior light. We have washer/dryer in the unit that I figure saves me $50 to $75/month, as well as gobs of time and bother. Let me just also say, and of primary importance, that management and staff are excellent. They are pleasant and courteous, maintenance is quality and prompt, and the grounds (lots of trees and green space) are beautifully kept. A major plus is that we have interior entry, no standing… See More>

The noise at this complex is the worst i have ever heard. excessive noise from upstairs neighbors, children running (stomping) up and down the inside stairs, unbalanced washing machines above you that sound like big bass drums. Side to side noise has never been an issue. Prepare to have your upstairs neighbors wake you up when they get up. This place advertises as friendly, quiet, blah, blah, blah....... I say HA, HA, HA! I have been living here in the complex now for a year and half. It has been the best of all. Any problems we have had have been fixed with in a day or hours of letting the office know. What is nice about the building we live in is that everyone watches out for everyone, and the office staff is warm and friendly with everyone, John makes us feel so welcome, when the pool is open he come outside and talks and gets to know everyone. Overall the apartment layout is great! I love that i have a little patio that looks out at the pool, plenty of storage. Thank you Pattie, John , Louie for working so hard for us.

                                              Nightmare

I moved into these apartments with the promise of an extremely quiet community, friendly neighbors, and an efficient staff. I have the noisiest neighbors I have ever experienced. They have two kids, a dog, they stomp everywhere, I live on the bottom floor and I can hear every single thing they do. To make matters worse, the staff refuses to do anything because they have been tenants for several years and I am a new tenant, expendable. I have no problems with the people to the right of me, I never hear them, but nnot a day goes by that I can sit in peace and quiet in my own home because of the upstairs tenants. To make matters worse, the stairs up to the other apartments are indoor and their children stomp and yell all the way up the stairs. Worst noise I have ever experienced, and an extremely dissatisfying apartment experience.

                                                Really nice so far!

This is the nicest place I have lived so far. My one bedroom has everything you'd want: walk in closet, plenty of storage, dishwasher, washer/drier, bathroom fan, and heat lamp. The living room and bedrooms are really big for a one bedroom. The kitchen has a lot of counter space for cooking. The appliances are a little bit older but work well so far. I very rarely hear my neighbors, the walls are very thick. I live on the top floor, so it gets kind of hot on really hot days. It has large windows, so there is a lot of light. I couldn't fit my large couch through the entry way, so I'd recommend smaller living room furniture. The pool is really nice, clean, and warm. The workout room is pretty nice and has a bunch of different machines. Everyone loves my apartment when they come to visit! I am really happy here.

                                                  I love this place, too.

Have been here two years, just signed for the third. Large apartments, open, spacious, outstanding number and size of windows, very well-maintained, grounds are lovely, no noise, staff is excellent. Old reviews listed here are prior management company, to my understanding. This is Summit Mgmt, and they've been very responsive to any requests I've made. I've had no problems at all. Wonderful inside entry, no outside stairs to climb, secure and out of the weather entry to your apartment. Some noise from upstairs, but nothing at all side to side. Lots of pets here, nary a problem. The neighbors are adult, pleasant and good tenants. My one bedroom is outstanding in all ways. Rent is right in line with or slightly lower than other Wilsonville complexes. Best all-around situation in town, to my thinking. Heartily recommend this place, close to shopping, library, park, theaters, free city/inter-city bus service just outside the door.
