When we first moved here, we loved it! The leasing staff was friendly and made us feel like family. We had minor issues with our apartment, since it was seemingly a rushed renovation, but we stuck with it. As time went on, our experience declined. No offense to the new office staff, but when we first toured and moved in, there were different leasing agents and a different property manager. We barely even know who the current staff is and it makes us feel disconnected. They took away the dumpsters around the complex that were "unsightly," even though we barely noticed them and replaced it with a trash compactor and a below-average trash pick up service. The Valet Living people maybe only come 2 out of the 5 days they are supposed to come. And in our building, you know when they are here because they throw open the door and slam it into the wall, every single time. Plus the trash fee went from $6 when we first moved in to $25. We would have no problem paying the fee if the service was worth it. We also have other complaints, but the trash service is probably the biggest one. Besides the grievances, we were happy with The Woods, but we will be moving very soon.
